Is this some kind of Market manipulation?

I am very new to day trading and learning the basic. Today noticed the below for Lupin. The Sellers are ready to sell at 800 but buyers are ready to buy at 860. Observed this around 9.10 AM. Is this some kind of market manipulation? Also what is the entry showing -0.01 at the last?

Such things never happen, it may be a system error which would have disappeared once you would have refreshed the page.

yes it happens in pre market, it happens to match to bids and offers to come at a opening price.
