i guess it could reach this year, i learned that open interest in option chain where investors and institutions do long term investments creating support and resistance zone
from nseindia option chain shows some values in OI for dec 2017 calls around 11,000

Delayed post after a long time. So finally Nifty touched 11000 and thne reversed. This is power of elliot wave.
