    Hi all members,

I found a good concept for short selling. If a stock on a previous day gains upto 18% and if it's closing price/last traded price falls from it's Day's High for atleast 3% you can short that scrip in morning session till 1030am and u can get huge profit.

Scrip Code Pre.Open High Close Today's Open High Low Close

    BRFL 532678 150 182.5 177.1 180 183 168 171.5

    Presicion
    Wire 523539 123.45 149.7 139.8 148 156 135 139

I can explain it through charts attached herwith...

Please study it & dont hesitate to show any mistake in this concept !

    Hi!

Have you tested this method on different days with different stocks. Is this consistent.

    Please do let us know.

    Thanks & regards,

    Absolutely

You need a larger sample ... much larger (say >50 instances)... to be able to justify yr hypothesis statistically

And if you do try get more cases, make sure you get them over different periods, including the 2nd day (Friday 16th ?) of the massive rise last week, when shorting would have been suicidal !

    AGILENT:)
