Can anybody pl. tell me how is the newly introduced trading platform of Canara Bank(canmoney.in)? How is its speed? How is its brokerage charges? What are the facilities available in that website? All these things, I would like to know from the user's point of view. Thanks

    hai eodbod

i have been trading online with canara bank securities since jan 09 and find it satisfactory. they have 3 trading platforms. i use the can royal platform which is an exe based trading platform. it is simply superb. i never expected such a wonderful software. it has got multiple market watch, charting facility and many other features.

however, they are offering canroyal selectively. may be they have some cut off limits on the turnover of clients or brokerage.

Don't you know the software you are talking about is provided by almost all the brokerage houses and that too for free .
but you charge 2000 as a brokerage per month . The software is known as Trade Anywhere.
2nd thing the software has technical glitches i.e, indicators are not proper.

You are the agent of canmoney. that is why you are saying only good thing about this as you are not a trader. I am 100% sure.

i have been dealing with canara bank for long. even my parents have account with the bank, and i have been treated well by the bank, and so it is obvious that i act as their agent.

and for your information, i trade only in nifty options.

i have not seen the odin platform you are talking about. please let me know the features and the broker who provides the same, so that i can have a look at it.

canroyal is now available for all customers, provided they agree to pay a monthly charge of Rs. 200.00. Moreover, canmoney has the advantage of backing by its parent bank - CANARA BANK, a Public Sector Bank. It has a disaster recovery site and so at the unforseen event of anything happening to its infrastructure at Mumbai, work can continue as usual, with the help of its disaster recovery site. No other Public Sector Bank's broking arm or any private sector broking company can claim this advantage.
