Help with AFL thend following code

Hello.
Can you help me with this AFL trend following code?

(using SPY and SHY as sample ETFs)

Buy SPY (and close SHY if its already open) if price close above 200 day MA,
Sell SPY and BUY SHY if price close below 200 day MA.
