Getting live datas from webpage to Excel Sheet

I just want to know whether is it possible to get live data from a webpage to excel sheet i.e.,

http://content.icicidirect.com/research/topsearchquotes.asp?icicicode=icici&category=corporate

This is the live quotes page from ICICI direct. And the stock name is ICICI.

I want to get only that marked figure i.e. 61.25 to excel sheet.

Is it possible to get it???

Ya working good... But it is an old technique. It loads the entire table. I just wanna load that particular field.

Oic sorry cant help buddy, wat u can do is create another sheet and Copy paste the Link to the Cell u wanna transfer.
