Nest is working because it's not there in house tool
in house tool or not,
but its working naaa
so my point of view was, if scalpert is not working, then instead of wasting time and complaining during market time, you should have shifted to Nest.
Nothing else.

well i identified the problem
Latest version of nest don;t have LInk to excel DATA enabled

i think today i emailed almost all known email for finvasia from top to bottom lol
i emailed them so much then at 6:00 pm even the chat guy said we know u need rtd for nest and it be done by EOD
lol

Hopeful tomorrow they activate RTD for all nest users :xD

I am waiting for other free brokerage firm to come up.. if they would provide me a better tool to trade.. I would happily leave... Scalpert sucks on Monday morning
Lol. What the hell are you doing on Scalpert if you are a scalper. I suggest move to NSE NOW, its definitely made for Scalpers for faster in and out with the help of direct exchange connectivity.

I started with NOW only but seeing the stability in scalpert made a move. It's more to do with maturity of IT team than the tool. The men without a common sense take the migration to the trading day. Tomorrow I will ask them to provide access to NEST till the issue resolve. Today I moved money to other broker account

Can you trade off charts in scalpert? I had installed it some time back but the problem was that when you tried to put up an order in scalpert on chart, it expected you to place it exactly at the tick value (0.05) which was difficult over charts. So wondering if they have fixed it

Dear clients,

Firstly our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We had migrated all our servers to new Mumbai Data Center the over the weekend. As we are aggressively adding new clients, we are concurrently working to avoid any scalability issues in long run. It’s like stitch on time saves nine. Beyond our control, the roll over is only possible on the Mock day, pre decided by exchanges (generally first or second Sat of each Month). Subsequently any contingency, we shall experience on next working day.

We understand that there were connection issues with SCALPERT platform only. Though we had thoroughly tested all applications yet due to an unexpected situation we had this issue. Rest assured, the same has been fixed and hopefully there shall be no repeats on Monday mornings in future

To address few other concerns from our TJ members, we would like to reconfirm that brokerage was never a revenue model for us. We are working to add different financial products within the ecosystem to reduce friction and more importantly the commissions. We are also working to add few more trading platforms in near future. And yes, upgrading ScalperT is one of our priorities.

Needless to say, giving good client service is paramount to us. And we appreciate your patience and looking forward for your continued support.
