Actually, based on my observation this issue has no solution. As a customers, we should be knowledgeable enough especially when purchasing or buying goods and services online or anywhere. Thanks

Based on my observation, this issue has no solution unless each customer knows how to check things prior doing something like buying or purchasing online or anywhere. Customer must be aware that things like this are normal always part of our daily basis.
