Please explain concept of stoploss trigger price and placing profit order in margin plus trade.
1. Suppose i buy a share CMP 100, SLTP 95 and execute the order.Now if the share rises to 105 or above can i revise the SLTP to 103 to secure my profit and watch further movement. Likewise for the sell order
2.what is the concept of placing profit order in margin plus trade.

So what's unclear for you there?
Basically you've explained everything yourself.
What I can suggest you is to download demo MT4 platform (for example from Hotforex) and have some practice on it including managing TP's and SLs
