Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a Demat Account with FairWealth Securities Ltd.
I have opened the Demat Account in the year 2010-11 and purchased shares in 2010-11. Later, I have stopped as an active trader. Till date the shares have not been transferred to my Account.
After approaching several times to Head Office in Gurgaon and Branch Office in Hyderabad, I did not received any response them. They are not providing me any financial details of my DEMAT Account.
I have registered complain against the stock broker in BSE and SEBI. But i have received much help.
Can you please let me know, the actions I need to take in order to get back my purchased shares?
Can you please let me know from where can I get my CDSL Account financial details?
They are asking for AMC. But I heard if the DEMAT Account is not active the company cannot charge AMC.
Can you please let me know which Law Sections I can use to convey my message to them.
Please let me know, how to approach for legal actions.
Thanks for your support in advance.
Thanks & Regards
