City Union bank-Rights Issue

Hi,
I have some shares of City union bank(CUB). Heard that they are opening an rights issue. How and When can i apply for that? Is there a limit for the no of shares i can apply? I have my trading acc with SBI, is it possible to apply via SBI itself?

Please help with my queries!!

Hai Prasanna, CUB Right Issue Closed. So now you cannot get Right issue this year.

But you can get via SBI Trading A/c. You should Buy CUB Shares before 3 days of Record Date. Record Date was declared by CUB before 1 month. But You are late now.

Hi,
since you already have cub shares, you will get 1 share for every 4 shares, at a price of Rs.6/-.

you will receive forms for applying rights shares.
