Can we sell shares in delivery which are brought in margin?

Hi,

I have brought 100 shares of ABC company, in margin account, and wish to sell them.
What are the consequences if i sell then choosing delivery account instead of margin?

Also can orders purchased using "Margin" be sold at off-trading hours?

Please help.
