Buy/Sell Script on 15 min Candle on Pi

Can i request someone to write a script on Zerodha Pi for 15 mins candle for MCX Silver at 2:00 to 2:15 pm, or any 15 mins candle. I want to place a buy order if that candle reaches a certain level i want to place buy order -200 points and +200 for sell order for that specific candle. Any help would be deeply appreciated. Thanks ~Haneef
