Buy or sell if volumes are high & if price stays there long

Hi friends

It is often said
Buy if volumes are high at a price level and if price stays long time there.

Sell if volumes are high and if price stays too long at a price level

Pity in the city 
  is  Volume does not really help at 
 high power support or resistance areas.
 
 Due to iceberg orders for selling or buying,price runs
 away from the levels very fast-
 no time for volumes-
 Price simply cannot stay there for long.

sorry I have not much of an idea about market profile thing.
However,I found an afl and posting chart for past 3 days the market profile.


In the chart,the volume profile is not active.
I have posted ANOTHER CHART WITH VP.
