HI FRIENDS

Why traders fail?
Becoz he tries to do what he really doesnt understand.

He is not conditioned properly enough to operate in real trading environment.

One guy was holding a wolfe wave afl and he thinks it is the biggest secret in the world.
When DENNIS RICHARDS of turtles was asked " would you reveal your rules of trading method to public?", All he said was-"I don mind publishing them in a newspaper', but "it would be impossible for traders to follow them"-meaning even after giving banana,with cover peeled off,the trader cant eat it.

Moral of this incident
Even if you have a 4 page afl that seems great and even if you give it to everybody on the forum,nobody can really make any benefit out of that afl.
unless trader develops a real mastery over it,no use of having it.
Every afl works in a certain zone with tight boundaries-if you cant realise what these are then you are like a movie goer standing outside the theatre never having entered the theatre forget about watching the trading mega drama moovie

Unless you are conditioned enough to understand basics of the concept,unless you know by rigorous testing when the system is best and when it is not worth following,if you have no trading discipline,if you have no tuned rule set on paper, no profits are possible at all.

Above all this,if you are a day trader trying trades on 1minute or 5minute or even 15minute time frame,you are invited guest to DOOM & GLOOM ZONE.

very impressive post.......its true that even a simple afl can yield great profits but its not as simple as it sounds......one need to understand the trading system, need to test it in realtime market....make a note in which market conditions the afl signals are giving sucess and when they fail........above all make the same effort in studying another afl and apply it to your trading strategy and always take double confirmation on a call generated by the first system.........even in such strong workout strategy sometime signals do fail and its very very natural and common.......NO SYSTEM HAS EVER GENERATED 100% SUCESS RATE.......................IMPRESSIVE TOPIC......LOOKING FORWARD.

The point is if a trader doesnt know what is explore and what is scan,has no time for testing nor has simple reliable rule set and if he cant use any of these functions,what is fun of having advanced afl?

What is the Wolfe Wave?

Simply put, the Wolfe Wave is a natural rhythm that exists in all markets.
It is made up of waves of supply and demand that form their own equilibrium.
It was not "invented" by me, but discovered.
The key to its accuracy is in properly identifying the 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 points.
These are what give it its proper balance of equilibrium.
It is very important to identify the dominant Wave.
It is somewhat like recognizing those 3-D pictures.
After a while a smile comes to your face and you say: "WOW, I see it."


Two things to remember
PRICE STARTS AT POINT 5 AND REACHES AT TIME OF ETA AND REACHES AT PRICE LEVEL EPA
THE Price train arrives at EPA station target at ETA.
In the upside targt projection, you find points 1,3,5 are on lower part of wolfwave diagram.
the epa-final destination is at line extended of 1 &4 and 5 & price.

EPA = Estimated Price at Arrival (EPA) is trend line of 1 to 4 at apex of extended trend line of 1 to 3 and extended trend line of 2 to 4.
ETA =Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is apex of extended trend line of 1 to 3 and 2 to 4.
MASTERKEY= The 5 point is the bottom after point 4 and is likely to exceed the extended trend line of 1 to 3.
This is the entry point for a ride to the EPA line (1 to 4).
