Best real time data provider in India

Today (03.08.2017) anyone noticed that RTD (Josh1's RTD 1.4) is not fetching real time data from zerodha nest ? I've another application which does same same RTD 1.4 and it also not updating real time data. However bafill is working fine.

I am not with Zerodha, with another broker, Nest and RTD 1.4 working normally

Multifeeds.in http://multifeeds.in/ is offering low latency RT data for EQ(Cash) for FREE.
The other fees cost inr. 480 p.m.

I clicked on tj add banner and went to this website and as they claim real-time data for 100rs then when I asked they told me 480 for mcx......
