I would like to have the following information from fellow members, Which commodity contract on MCX is the darling of traders like the Nifty future is on NSE. Which commodity gives a good swing just like Nifty Future on NSE. which are the commodities that one should track for regular oppurtunities like in NSE , satyam , TISCO etc etc are the darlings which give regular swing and trading oppurtunities. Last which is the favourite contract of urs and how much is the weekly trading range of it |

Dear Trader31....,
Pls. understand commodities is a completely different ball game. Different strategies have to be adopted in diff situations : pls. know, stock market is for investors, whereas, commo mrkt. is for hedgers. First I would like to satisfy your querry, All season favourites are : Gold, Silver, These are favourite of all traders, continuous opportunites for trading arise every hour. The Trading volumes and the open interest in these are testimony of their favouritism. Swing Trades are possible in all the Bullion , Base Metals and Energy Commo. also seasonal agro commodities seasonally. Commodities give swings as well as big trends. The commodities change but oppties are always there in the market. Apart from Swings, in the agro sector, big dollars lie in the SPREADS between the different months. These are low risks, but high returns strategy. This is favourite with all Smart Traders. Also Cash and Carry Arbitrage oppties keep on coming. A return of 2% to 5% a month is being generated. All this makes commo markets extremely attractive. REMEMBER KEEP BIG MONEY BAGS ASIDE BEFORE TRADING IN COMMOS. THEY ARE NO LESS RISKY THAN STOCKS. rgrds, vm |

Boss, this game is ,
NOT FOR STEALING WORDS OUT OF POCKET the game is to STEAL MONEY RIGHT OUT OF HIS POCKET. Belive me things are getting more and more difficult. Better be prepared fundamentally for a specific commodity. Concentrate on few commodities, but let your homework be 1000%. Rest if you want only darlings of the commo market, the DARLINGS GIVE A LOT OF PROFITS, BUT WHETHER U GET THEM OR SOME ONE ELSE IS THE QUESTION. Happy Trading. rgrds, vm |
