CCI Indicator Performence for Commodities Trading

Hi. I am new to Trading. I want to use Basic CCI strategy to do the Intraday trading in Commodities. Which is "Go long when crosses + 100, exit when fall below +100" & " Go Short when crosses - 100, exit when raise above - 100" Is it work Profitable If I follow with discipline. Can any body give me back testing results?

There are many indicators available for trading and all of them work. It is a personal choice and style. The success depends on money-management, example how to limit your loss.

Thank you for the reply.

I am on the process as you suggested to minimize the losses and to trade with system by controlling the emotions.
