ODIN to Excel

hi ,

I am new guy to trading , would like understand the commodity market for base metals.

can u anybody help how can i dump odin data (buy volume,sell volume,net change,etc) to excel file.

i want the live data in seconds to be dumped into excel file , is it possible to get the data as i wanted ?

please anybody help regarding this , how can i get the data.
