I would request you to go to www.kitco.com There is a free downloadable software called as K Cast Live. Download it and install it in your computer. You can configure it to refresh the latest quotes for gold, solver, platinum, rhodium etc. Refersh rate can be set from 10 seconds to 1 minute. It runs quite smoothly. Even intraday charts are also available for free, however there is delay in updating the charts. Nevertheless, it is a free service, so you have to cope with what they provide. K cast live software is excellent one. There is absolutely no delay in quotes refershment if you set the refresh rate to 10 seconds.

You see, that is one of the ways to make us pay for their live data. So far, I have not come across any web site providing FREE live data of LME and NYMEX. If any member knows about any such web site, kindly post it here. I am also interested to know such web sites. I doubt whether any one can offer it free after paying such heafty charges for live data to these exchanges. Any way, if any member makes any such new discovery of web site, kindly post it here.
