What is your opinion on trading commodities on saturdays? I find it too slow and hence not a useful time spent if you are looking at intra day sessions.

What is are your views?

The general thumb rule is to not trade on commodities on saturdays in India either at mcx or ncdex!

Metals don't move much on Saturdays.

Agriculturals move quite a bit on Saturdays (includes Cardamon on the MCX.)
