hi guys,
last msg i told u abt guar seed and guar gum loooking gud for next week .... tgt of 2100 achieved on sat itself.... now for the coming weeks wat is looking gud is crude, the reasons behind... 1. iran issue not yet solved.... 2. recent threat in nigeria of kiddnaping.... 3. gasoline inventory is less comparatively & demand season is coming up.... 4. opec is not increasing their output.... 5. above all, hurrican season is on the door.... around 10 stong hurricans of 3/5 category r predicted this season... so u have reason to buy crude at this point of time.... if traders don wanna take more risk... they can opt for crude / gold spread..... ie buy august crude and sell august gold simultaneously ..... as crude is expected to move faster than gold & secondly gold is not moving these days due to expectation of fed rate increase.... so this is the better option to choose .... pc |

Hi PC,
Do u think that this is gonna work. For eg. Rs. 100 move in crude takes time but on the other hand it is not so with Gold. So if I sell gold and buy crude, I guess probability for loss is more. |
