Mentha oil futures market witnessed negative sentiment during the yesterday session with the
heavy profit taking, long liquidations after sharp rally in the prices. Spot markets prices at sambhal and Chandausi shown weakness by the evening session trade. Mentha oil cash trades are reported at 490 per Kg, which is lower by Rs.10 compared to 15th morning trade. Fundamental scenario Winter season in general viewed as demand season for the Mentha oil. Cough syrups, Lozenge manufacturers usually procure the base Mentha oil starting form this season. By December, the global demand for the commodity shall increase but stocks in general will be low as the crop is harvested once a year during July-August. Farmers had already offloaded nearly 50% of the total produce of 15,000 tones this year in the spot markets, which were limits on price raise substantially. Spot market shall need to be watched with caution, at the starting of the winter season prices shall continue to be volatile till the supply demand scenario consolidates. Based on the yesterdays evening sentiments in the spot markets prices likely to witness negative movement in the current session. = Regards (VM ) |

Dear,
Note there is no shortage of Oil and there should be 5000 ton carry forward to next year. This is totally manipulated. Only one operater is doing up the mkt, once he earns the profit, will leave the mkt and the price will come down to less than Rs. 350/- kg. don't go in this deal and be concious. Best regards. |

There would be rangebound in mentha oil. AAC3584, prove how the mentha would toucj 1090 kg , don't give bluff target. Being it does not cross over 917 where there is a big resistance in 950. where it has touched twice and came down. there is no fundamental in the mentha oil, nor the technical part. It's only the speclative who has enter in the market. Where they are playing with the commodity. Moreover MCX has added some additional margin in both the buyer position as well as the seller postion.
MENTHA NCDEX (JAN) would play between the range of 755-840 Mentha MCX (JAN) 850-950 Be ware while playing any intra-day in Mentha..... Regards Kaushal Shah |

mentha in spot markets of chandusi, etc. is ruling high at 660 to 670 today. the sellers are not willing to sell at lower prices. importers from abroad, are expected to place buy orders from india. expect prices to stay firm this week.
HOWEVER, KEEP AN EYE ON MENTHA IN WAREHOUSES OF MCX AND NCDEX, THE DELIVERY MAY CHANGE ALL EQUATIONS ON THE EXCHANGES FUTURES, AS BUYERS ARE SPECULATORS AND NOT ACTUAL DELIVERY TAKERS. rgrds, vm |
