Active Trading timings in MCX
Hello Members, MCX is operating between 8 A.M to 11.30 P.M IST between monday to friday. I want to know what is the trading timings for the individual commodities. For example Gold can be tradable only 10 AM to 6 PM or Copper can be traded only between 10 AM to 2 PM etc. Is there any specific timings in commodity wise? Thanks in Advance, Venki.

Similr to EQUITIES there are few time factors 2:30 which is when the european markets start Is there any crucial factor time in MCX Gold while trading where we see sudden surge in price please mention the factor time and reason thnks GJ

MCX trading time now is from 10.00 am to 11.55 pm
trading picks up in crude oil and base metals around 6.00 / 7.00 pm when the volumes pickup in the international mkts / USA mtks. So the volatility is high between 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm

IS MCX closed today ? Its 10:15 and doesn't seem to open yet.
Atleast my Kotak account is not showing the latest prices. thanks
