If you are looking for intraday trading purpose then its only the near month contract which you should choose. Else last week of contract expiry is not advisable.

Regarding Zinc, you can trade till 29th may 5 PM but I wouldnt suggest trading on the last day of expiry as there will be a swing due to carryover.

However this rule does not apply for Gold & Silver. Their expiry dates are different from trading dates. Last trading day is usually 5 days prior to the expiry date. Each contract date differs coz of last working day. COnfirm them before you do the trade.

Hope you are clear.

It is only Gold and Silver which differs. Base metals have same contract expiry+last trading day. Odin will show the details clearly.
