Question Which are the most suitable commodities for trading?



hi forum,

I am new to commodities market though I hv some exposur in EQ and Fut market .
Here, I want ur help. I would like to know which are the most volatile commodities having liquidity in the market??

now buy jeera ncdex at 9800 traget 10300 in few days in apr contract.

Hi any specific reason to select the mentioned commodity for trading? As RBD Palmoil is very illiquid.

One should start trading in commodities with Gold and Silver Mini contracts.
Here margin required is less and sameway low profits and low losses but one can understand wat is commodities.
