Is NEST good enough for MCX charting and trading?

Hello all,
I plan to start trading in the MCX segment in the next few months, however I'm a little confused about the robustness and reliability of platforms available for the same.

Almost all discount brokers seem to have variants of the NEST platform (except for Zerodha Pi which, at this stage, is not very confidence inducing).

With this in mind, is the NEST trading platform good enough for live trading in commodities?

What are your personal experiences with NEST for MCX charting and live trading?

Thanks in advance for your inputs and ideas.

Hello Natjay!

Yes its is undoubtedly, Nest is delevoped by Omnesys Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The software has been developed to provide an integrated system for trading and risk management. This system has been deployed and it is being used by some of the leading brokerage firms in India. It is the front-end application which allows a trader to perform several trading functions that include:
a) Track scripts of users choice by creating market watch groups.
b) View market picture data for scripts.
c) Place Buy/Sell orders to the exchange.
d) View orders, trades and positions data.
e) Set up effective risk management system.
f) Use add-on tools to receive alerts, send internal messages etc.
So several trading functions can be performed easily through the software.
Nest Pulse is a tool which allows the user to trade based on user-defined alert conditions based on technical indicators, wherein the user can rely on the software to identify opportunities that meet condition and act accordingly. This tool is built for NSE Cash and FO and Currency derivative segments. All charts are available on the software. So overall it's a good trading software.

Happy trading! :)
