Demat account details lost

I had a trading & demat A/c long before (10 years) back.
now:
1) I stopped trading with them long back
2) I am relocated but neither informed the broker nor the DP
3) lost all documents related to trading & demat A/c
4) i had some shares (worth 10,000) in my demat a/c & since the share price never appreciated I didnot care & pay my AMC. ( i considered it as a bad investment)
5) now my invested amount has grown 3 fold & i want to encash.
6) recently i got an email from NDML KRA. KYC, with whom I had a DP.

Is there any possibility of getting back my a/c details & selling my shares.

friends pl help me (yes it is all my fault & no fault of DP). dp is G Raj & consultants any contact nos. or concerned person to contact details will be much appreciated.

just take your all details as much as you can,which you furnished at the time of account opening and try to contact your brokerage house or to whom you are paying AMC .definitely you will find all details.
