After suffering in the hands of one of the discount brokers due to their faulty servers, I have began to wonder why is it that most of the discount brokers are providing NEST?
When I think about it, most of the traditional brokerage houses are offering either ODIN or their own technology. Only a handful of the large retail brokerage firms provide NEST.
The large brokers such as Angel, Religare, Bonanza are providing Odin. Where as Motilal, Sharekhan were on Odin but later moved to their platform.
Why is it that we see only discount brokers using Nest technology?
Most of the discount brokers have their threads on this forum and all have them have been flooded with issues with mainly the technology.
Is Nest cheaper than Odin? Is that why discount brokers are compromising on technology for a cheaper software?
