Wisdom Capital- My dream broker.

I had opened an account in Wisdom capital before 2 months. And I had traded in crude oil mostly.

You will get highest leverage and lowest brokerage combined together.

I was able to found one or two brokers with high leverage but brokerage charges were 0.3% which is a heart attack for high volume scalpers and active day traders. So I was not even considered to open an account with such type of brokers due to unbearable brokerage charges.

Now I am enjoying the dreams of old days which I thought it will never happen in this broking industry.
If you are a Futures day trader you can easily understand the importance of wisdom capital offers.

If you found a better choice than Wisdom capital. Let me know, I too will open an account with them. But I bet there are no better choices than Wisdom capital for a day trader and a swing trader as well.

I checked their calculator for Rs. 7 per lot plan . After giving the inputs the calculator was giving out weird results. I always calculate things in 1 lot and in that matter their calculator is not able to show right results.

20X exposure in nifty means one lot in abt 1600 rs ? in co

Calculator has been incorrect for past 4 months, i called them at that time and told them.Their reply was that we have asked the website developer to correct it.:lol:

Also they do not reply to mails .They have introduced a chat option like trade smart online on the website.I tried it today.The chat got disconnected 20 times in 5 mins and 1 msg was repeating 5-5 times.:annoyed:
Did not get reply to my queries.
I guess wisdom capital is only good for those who are really high volume traders "SUCCESSFUL TRADERS" where they get very high exposure and fixed brokerage.
If it comes to providing service about basic things i think they will come at the bottom of the table of the complete list of the brokers

In my case, all my email queries were answered within a day. But since the general sentiment here is that they need to improve their customer service, I think they must pay heed to it. My suggestion to them would be to always remain reliable, attentive and ethical.

The thing I like about WC is that they are trading enabler for small traders. Though freedom pro plan may be slightly on the higher side, but a very good exposure in all segments is a big plus indeed. Covers up many lacunae. It would not surprise me if some study shows that the high exposure increases the trading activity by making inactive or less active clients active or more active. It is tempting...

And with the passage of time, they must try to innovate. Try to bring features like bracket order, margin calculator etc. on their platform.

Are these guys for real ?

I just got off the phone with them. Had called them on their A/c opening/Query number. Spoke to a guy called Bharat.

So I was asked him details about Margin requirements for NF, for MIS and CO.

He said, "MIS , woh kya hota hai " ?

The gent was absolutely clueless !!

He then asked me to email my query, to which I asked if there was anyone else around whom I could speak to. He just said either me or someone else will call you back.

:lol:Someone else was not around because they do not have sufficient staff to handle all the things.
U must have noticed they have written on the website 'give a missed call'
Thats not coz they are providing call back service.Its because its a one or 2 man army company and they do not have staff to attend the phones.:lol:

Many brokers do not know MIS or NRML.Aastha ppl also did not knew when i spoke to them
Achievers don't know the difference between span,exposure and total margin.
Just go through their thread.

I am not against anybody but after interacting with different brokers and the response time along with the basic things one needs wisdom is far behind.
They really need to improve on their service if they want to sustain for long run.

Best thing for Wisdom capital would be to upgrade their customer service as demanded by several prospective customers and then I believe they have fair chance of getting up in the list of reliable brokers.

From a traders perspective they have the lowest operating cost, and for that cost the
leverage they offer is very good, Trading terminal is Nest trader which is the better of the other
two: Odin and Now. Stamp duty is charged statewise which helps keep cost down.
Money transfers is direct in the back office without going through hassels of the brokers office, and
now that they have started the online chat, its speaks volumes of their intentions in trying to improve
and offer their best...
