CDEQ proceeding towards failure-staff leaving cdeq dissatisfied

Hi traders
I have come to know the following
CDEQ SOME STAFF LEFT RECENTLY CDEQ AND THESE STAFF ARE DEDICATED HARD WORKING STAFF-THEY LEFT BECOZ CDEQ USING SOME FALSE PRACTICES.

CDEQ INTRODUCED NESTTRADER AND NESTTRADER DOESNT GIVE ENOUGH CHART DATA FOR TRADERS. CDEQ CHARGING EXTRA AND FORCING TRADERS TO USE NESTPLUS .

Due to problems with nesttrader some traders reduced trading with cdeq.

they are trading with other brokers.
what does this indicate?

cdeq has poor franchisee structure and they try and get new franchisees not from other broker area vbut from their own existing sub brokers clients.

in fact some franchises reduced their business from 70000 a month to 10000 or less as cdeq refgused to pay their their due percentage of brokerage share.

cdeq charges rs 25000 for franchisees and if a certain business is not done cdeq swallows their own franchisees deposit money-this resulted in bad popularity.
some othe competitiors of cdeq waived this one year limit for deposit by franchisess and they made it no limit.
take any amount of time- is the key. these brokers are doing very well while cdeq demoralised their good franchisees and in fact some franchisees told we have no contact with cdeq and cdeq never contacts us.

the senior sub brokers are a lazy lot and they dont help junior franchisees at all.

cdeq may loose most of its business soon.

when you cheat your own staff and when you dont pay your own hard working frachisees- doom is not far away.

IIFL tried cheating clients and lost clients.

I happened to ask some cdeq traders why they are not trading anymore with cdeq?

The answer is this.

CDEQ BROUGHT NESTTRADER AND YOU CANT EVEN SEE TWO CHARTS SIMULTANEOUSLY.how can i trade?

THE DATA FOR NIFTY IS NOT THERE.
ONLY NIFTY FUTURES COMES.
Charts come with one day data and or else you need to pay extra to try nestplus etc which also gives limited data even after payment.
nest terminal has no feedback option you cant tell them about your problems and cdeq has no info on how to handle it.
For some scrips data doesnt update by itself.
you need to poke at the scrip to reactivate data update manually.
If cdeq is so bent of making money at the cost of its own customers,cdeq is forcing its customers go elsewhere.

when ethics & honesty is misssing, when lazy work force is a lot, how can cdeq survive?
they wont.
CDEQ franchisees do hard work and cdeq doesnt pay them their dues so they loose interest and morale to do good job.
