hi
I am starting this thread so we all can share experiance with
Reliance Money.
the site is accessible at www.relaincemoney.com
I must admit my first experiance was not very good.
yesterday that had details of brokerage plans posted on the site, today i
cannot find it.(you can view it in a seperate thread Anyone knows about R-trade)
when I tried to enter my details in open your account section i got following error
Please provide the basic informations and we will get in touch with you. We promise promt response to your request
Server was unable to process request. --> Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
link to FAQ causes an error:mad:

I guess, reputed companies like reliance should open their site to public
only after thourogh testing

I entered my details in open your account section thrice. I too got the following message- 'Server was unable to process request. --> Object reference not set to an instance of an object'.
Is the message clear?
This is inspite of 'We promise prompt response to your request'!
My clicking 'DEMO' was also in vain.I clicked 'Click here'(two places) in FAQ section-no use.Telephone number of the person to be contacted in Chennai is not metioned.
Website is not tested and it is introduced in a hurry.Date of launching is not indicated.
What will be the quality of the software?Let Reliance Money introduce it as a trial version for mock trading for atleast a week to inspire confidence.
(I have sufficient experience in 'internet trading').

i complained to reliancemoney about the errors on their site, listing out some details, being a software engg I guess I cannot see so many errors without
reporting them:D
this is the reply I got from them,
Dear Mr.Madane,
Thank you for your interest in Reliance Money site.
The site is being fine tuned and is not operational We are in the process of launching our services shortly and will revert to you with all relevant details soon.
Sincerely,
Customer Care

hope they launch it soon, I am stuck with icicidirect for past 5 years and need
to get out of high brokerages, their brokerage is really cheap
just rs2500 for delivery of 60 lakhs or non-delivery turnover of 6 crores,
thats almost free:p

Forex trading is started by RelianceMoney. they use cmcmarkets platform, reliance is Introducary Broker, one can open mini account, i saw their platform, it's good. and one can open account without any hesitation since name involved is Reliance. alonf with Forex one can trade CFD also.
so Reliance is Best choice in india, if one want to open Forex Trading account. regarding Tech analysis. reliance don't provide it, there is provisison available ..But they help. and to be very frank..don't depend on reliancemoney technical anylysis.. infact on any brokers technical analysis.. you have to do your own technical analysis.

Best Regards

Dear All,

I am planning to go for RelianceMoney.Com as my online brokerage platform. I reckon they have extremely low brokerage structure. I am planning to use the same for F&O Trading. Can any of our dear friends out here share their personal experience with RelianceMoney's customer service, their charges(incl. but not limited to brokerages), web interface details, ease of use & navigation etc. ? Someone from Mumbai using RelianceMoney Platform for trading ???

Thanks in Advance.
