Are you offering 'trading from charts' in pi. If its true then reply on my queries.
1. Will orders be directly punched into the system, if traded from the charts? OR
2. Its just like the plugin which GFDL offers where one can trade from the charts like from Amibroker.

If it is just like the way done in my later point then its not actually trading from the charts. In that case, your orders won't go automatically into the system and it will ask you for confirmation in YES or NO to go ahead and thereby losing precious time. So, by the time you click YES, there would be a bigger slippage.

Just to give you an example, if I put a horizontal line on chart as a BUY trigger and the price hits it, will the order be executed automatically? If yes, then :clapping: and I would consider to restart trading with YOU, else its as good as putting a limit order into the system.
  • Also, would you in any case planning to offer Price Ladder trading???
  • Will pi support MCX too?

unless you are working for some hedge fund or bank, i don't think u need to go for algo trading.

trust me algo trading is not meant for retail traders.

stick to simple strategies and learn them.

There is no way in the world a retail trader can compete with institutional algos.

Learn to trade higher timeframes with simple S/R strategies. you will thank me in 1 year.

Hello Zerodha,

Another feature request....

Is it possible for your engineers to add buttons for main time frames. Like 5 Mins, 10 Mins, 15 Mins and 1 Hr so we don't have to load multiple charts to swap between time frames.

And a scroll bar to scroll the chart along with the arrows provided. A scroll would be a really great option along with the shortcuts for timeframes but I do not know the limitations of stock charts to do this....
Anyway, everything's great with Pi till now....
