Zerodha - Number One Discount Broker in India

Strangely, for the first time, Zerodha seems to have made a mistake in money matters. I don't know if it's intentional, or an honest mistake, but they have miscalculated the end date of my previous 60 day challenge.
My previous challenge started on 17th Feb. For many days it was showing 4th May as the end date. I communicated with them about it and got a clarification saying that the End date was actually 18th May. I had jokingly suggested that they extend it by one day to accommodate the OMS problem day too.
Anyway, I have the mail showing their list of trading days to prove the end date was 18th May.
I was in loss till 16th May, moved into positive on 17th May, and didn't trade on 18th May.
Now their history of the past challenges shows that my challenge ended on 16th May and that I lost it

I have written to them about it. Let's see what action they take apart from the auto-responder.

As you can see in the screenshot below, I won my last challenge on 3rd of April, & I still haven't received the brokerage-refund. So, I don't know what's happening to Zerodha these days.
