A friend of mine has opened an account with you quite sometime back but due to some reasons, he wasnt able to trade/invest even a single day. He had some amount in his trading account, that too (whole money) was refunded in a quarterly settlement, some time back.

His queries are:

1. He want to continue now, so what will be the procedure.

Nothing just transfer margin money and start trading :)

2. He has ILFS demat. Will it be ok to continue with ILFS demat or he has to close that one and open a new one with you.

no need, but can do that if he wishes

3. He also want to open MCX account.
Fill the commodity form and send with documents (send rs 200 check or pay online)

Hi, Zerodha,

I have placed BO for BNF today. Buy @ 18868, Stoploss 30 points (18838),
target 19168, trailing stop loss by 30 points.

Once order was executed, price made high of 18948.15@ 11.05. TSL which was placed, was trailing upto 18899.40, post which it stopped trailing. Ideally it should have been trailed to 18918.15, but TSL remained at 18899.4 and was triggered @11.20.

Please clarify how this TSL mechanism works for better understanding.

Very strange reasons from your side..its not first time...I sent opening Demat with you long ago ...even you not replyed about reason why it not opened !!!!!!!!and after complain here you said those forms are rejected !!!!!!!!how its rejected you dont know.....when we download the forms from backoffice and only sign it and sent you!!!!!!!!!!!if rejected then why you not inform clients????????????:(:mad:

I have been getting many calls from them (various departments I believe, including quality)
everyone is courteous and nice to talk to, so no issues regarding their people,
the process definitely needs some improvement

They should improve their first contact,
like in the very first message we receive from them,
if all the compliance issues are mentioned clearly,
we can take corrective action,

instead we get a cryptic message (probably auto generated)

This is creating unnecessary back n forth, also wasting their time . . .

For me opening this new account is not very urgent or critical,
so as long as we are kept informed . . . no issues :thumb:

If some one tells me . . .

भैया घर मे शादी है, 10 दिन और लगेगा . . . .

I would be Ok with it :D

charts are not getting updated on mobile & desktop. Earlier it was MOBILE.Now on
DESKTOP also. Any problem?
