I just checked marketintel/InsiderTrading. I just select sintex industries ltd, which was sold by Deutsche Securities Mauritius Ltd on 4th October 2013 Qty 10,23,767 (50% of 5% holding) as per chart rate may be Rs 22, but from that day Sintex zooming to Rs 35 (Today)

So how you say that the insider trading will help the investors ?

With your cover order facility one can trade Nifty Futures with 7k amount, so how much 'minimum amount' one needs to have in trading account to use this facility? 10k or 25k?

If you add the 3 threads it is probably 31000th post..

J, this lets you get to know what insiders are doing, it helps to know which side of the trade they are on, but do note that insiders may not really be right most of the time.. I guess they would have sold on the bounce in the markets expecting market to top out like a lot of traders would have done in the last 20 days..
