hi

i wan ted to know which is the cheapest discount brokers in india

i have talked with zerodha and their response is quiet good .

i have also gone to their site and computed all charges ( including government taxes and brokerage ) per crore
which are as under :

1) equity ( intraday ) = 1855.00

2) equity ( delivery ) =10605.00

3) f & o futures = 1455.00

4) f & o options = 9893.00

they have a transaction charges of rs 490 per crore which they say that since they are not clearing member they have to pay it and it is a part of the above .

primary conversation with them is quiet satisfactory

i have also checked with rksv and their charges are also approx the same

would like to know the views of the members regarding their views on cheapest brokers .

also like to know about whether margin for f & o segment is same for traditional vs discount brokers

please share ur views

sumit

I have an account in Trade smart online and I'm satisfied with the service, thr response is pretty good. if u hv any issue they will solve it immediately.

don't know abt Achiievers Equities and indiaprocon. i read zerodha is expensive compared to some of these.

Unlimited trading per month
trade smart online- Rs 1899+ tax
indiaprocon - Rs 1000+tax
Achiievers Equities Rs 500+tax

thr turnover charges are different so calculate according to ur need.

Even i'm trying to find out which company charging lowest brokerage with best service.

I do have account in Wisdom Capital, and I am quite satisfied with their services.
I am trading with Freedom Plan (Unlimited trading) @ 1111/- for NSE Cash & FNO & @ Rs 1111/- for MCX. its excellent comparing to my previous broker where I was payin 0.01%.

hi

don't u think that u r promoting wisdom capital in a very agressive manner

why are you repeating your same views in multiple threads.

what is the reason for such hard-core promotion

does this ( wisdom capital ) in way related to you ?

if yes clarify and speak up

Hello,
I am new here need some basic help regarding account opening.
So situation is i have saving account in bank of baroda and i want to open trading+demat account.
For trading i want to use online discount brokerage like zerodha, tradesmart etc. but i dont want to open demat account with them.
So confusion is regarding opening demat account(DPs)
1.should i open demat account with my bank itself?
2.or go with brokers like angel, iifl as they have branches in my city.

So now suppose if i open demat account with angel and brokerage with zerodha wont there be problem with having 2 brokers though i will be just using depositry services of angel.

Pls give your suggestions.

Thanks

2 reason why i dont want to open demat with online discount brokers.

1.Demat charges are high 400rs for zerodha rest charging 300rs while i can open lifetime account for 1250rs with angel broking and even less with IIFL
2.The depository used by online brokers dont have any branch in my city but all major brokers who have depositories(angel, geojit, nirmal bang,IIFL,emkay, motilal etc) are there in my city.

So what do members here suggest should be done in such senario.
