Appalling situation.

#1
Hello.
First, forgive me my errors in English ...
I am French and I worked a long time in the USA.
I have an account with a broker (one of the largest in the U.S.).
On this account I mostly have available funds. (called Available Funds on my snapshots).
I have instructed the broker to transfer these available funds to my bank account (in the U.S.).
Since almost two months, they keep the money and do not transfer anything of what I ordered.
My mails, registered mails, emails, faxes and reminders do not change anything.
And my bank account approaches zero. I have not even been able to meet the T Day, to pay the U.S. Treasury.
Before asking you, possibly, more specific questions (or before answering to your questions), can you give me your opinion on this situation?
Thank you in advance to all of you.
Runoe.

Hi, most of the active traders in this forum primarily trade the Indian markets and will not be aware of the rules and regulations of US market and the action you can take regarding your issues with the broker. I would suggest you google a bit to find the active forums in US and approach the members there. They will be able to help you. For your reference I am posting below a link from this forum where people have discussed about forums in US. Go through it. Good luck.

Simple: Put the name of your broker here and the link to the home page. Any other thing is just monkey business.

No need to answer any of your questions as long as you are not able to post that.

Well, we are not here to serve you. Cooperate and so we can go through what your broker offers.

My brokers are all in the USA as I stay outside of India, So your story is at the moment not proved in any way. Even coming up with a comment: First, forgive me my errors in English ..I am French and I worked a long time in the USA. So why don't you speak a proper English after living such a long time in the USA. Are you some kind of not very intelligent?

1/ I do not intend to be served. Just helped. And somebody did it (above).
2/ I think you fully understood what I wrote. So, laugh is useless.
3/ Try to speak five different languages, like me.
4/ Refrain from doubting my intelligence. Thank you in advance.
5/ Do not push me to translate into English some words you deserve.
And 6/ Try to learn something in French, which may possibly serve you : Vous tes un pauvre petit mec. (To moderators: Nothing is coarse in these few words)

Young man :
Am I "some kind of not very intelligent", as you write ?
May be, after 40 years spent teaching in various Universities.
Monkey business ? Not my type.
Really, you don't stop harping.
And if you expect me to put something somewhere, be careful : It could be my foot.
