TradeTiger installation trouble

tried to install TradeTiger (Sharekhan) but get this error:

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor"

My system:
OS: Windows 7
Processor: i3
RAM: 4GB

can anyone help please??

I think you should contact the technical customer support of Sharekhan.

They may ask you to use Team Viewer Remote PC access software to troubleshoot. You can find Team viewer through Google Search .
