I had some shares of Reliance Energy Ventures Ltd, the company formed after the Reliance demerger. It seems this company is going to be merged with Reliance Energy and the shareholders of Reliance Energy Ventures Ltd are going to get the shares of Reliance Energy ( 7.5 shares of RE for 100 shares of REVL). I read somewhere this exercise was completed about 2 weeks back. But I dont see it reflected in my ICICI direct demat a/c. My demat a/c still shows shares of REVL. I have not yet been credited with Reliance Energy shares.
Are are others in the same boat as me?. Or has anyone been credited with the Reliance Energy shares? Any idea when our demat a/c will be credited with the new shares.
