Oh. I found the reason today. There are two scrips - one is "UNION BANK OF INDIA" and one is "UNIONBANK-EQ". It seems that I had the first one in the marketwatch. It seems that I had the first one which was the first in the drop down list. I changed it to UNIONBANK-EQ and it is working ok.

But it is too slow to be practical at present.

Previously, I'd also run into the same issue. I think they should make it so that every time we put in a stock, it should select EQ by default, it does that for many stocks but not all of them, which is something they should look into.

Thanks for the details. Our technical team also gave us the same reason. This issue (and many others) has already been resolved in the new version we are working on.

intraday chart intro in web version is good development but but as i chek ,cant see data is updating and data for only for one day . i think tso will give more attention in intraday real time chart

Few months back same thing had happened and I had complained to top authorities who had replied that it was a mistake.

How can you repeat same mistake many times ?

Is someone else trading on my account ?

Please be assured, no one is trading on your account. No one can do that anyways if there are no funds in the account. You can also login to the backoffice and check the same.

Seems like due to some error/condition in the system your account may be coming in the list of active clients. Request you to please message us client id so that the same does not happen again.

Thanks for the reply but I fail to understand how come my account comes under list of active clients when I am not trading for last 2 - 3 years.I will drop a mail with my id details.

Have you closed the account by specifically sending a closure request or you just stopped trading? In case you just stopped trading, the account would not be considered closed.

Once we have your client id we'll be in a better position to comment on the same.

Request you to please do the needful asap and reply to my mail with account closed status .
