What is security token in pib??

Hi,

i am using powerindiabulls for trading for past 1year. But i have not using security token. My rm also not told about this.

If this important for our pib account??.. What is this??

security token is a small device...............which generates a six digits password after every
thirty seconds.............this password is used to login to pib and for placing orders.........i have opted for this....and using for one year............very good device and an add on security for your trading account..........

Tell your RM to give you the security token.

Security token is a device which is given to a trading client for additional security for handling the trading account.

This device generates 6 digit codes after every few seconds which is unique for the trading account. When you login into your account and also when you place the order for a trade you have to input the code visible at that time in the device into the required place just as you input the password.

During login you have to enter a password along with security code. During placing an order you just have to enter the security code instead of the trading password. So with security token the trading password is no more required .

My account was upgraded for the security token automatically by Indiabulls. Suddenly it appeared one day at my home through a courier.
You may talk to the customer care deptt. of Indiabulls and ask them to send the security token which is free of cost for the clients. :thumb:
