Problem in Indiabulls rates refresh in first 20 minutes in the morning!

Anyone using Indiabulls here? I am facing a problem of refresh issue in Nifty Futures between 9:15 and 9:35. The ticks are coming 20 to 50 seconds apart. And then, after 9:40, the rates are refreshing every 4 seconds. Also, during this period, cash stock sare refreshing properly, at 4 second intervals. Java is updated, Pib is updated, Internet is fine, as Zerodha terminal gives 1 second ticks in that period. Anyonbe else facing this issue?

Indiabulls is on a downward journey as a company..Was in love with them in between 2002 to 2007, they just seem to be getting everything wrong.. I was so used to their charting, that it took me an effort to get used to Sharekhan...Moved my trading completely to Sharekhan now... The news about them fudging the books etc etc from Veritas, I personally feel is true.. I might be sounding like a pessimist, but best to stay away from companies on their downtrend.. What if tomorrow there is a news that they moved money from securities to fund something else...

I also have stopped trading from Indiabulls now as they are not anymore interested in dealing clients with courtesy. They are now mostly interested with their Housing business , be it loans or construction. No meaningful upgrades of softwares , no customer oriented approach . I am slowly bringing down my portfolio with IB.

Offices have shifted from local cities to nodal centres . The RM's do not seem to be interested in helping out with enthusiasm . Me too sounding pessimistic but I also want to write what I am feeling about their performance.
