Default How to payin funds through RKGlobal from backoffice

I have opened a new account in RKGlobal. I have logged into their back-office, but can't find any option to pay-in funds to my account. Even withdrawal of funds option is not there. The back-office is very confusing and looks backdated.

Traderji members who are using RKGlobal, please tell me how can I payin funds to my RKGlobal trading account.

If u hv HDFC Bank A/c, u can transfer funds online and u get immidiate credit. Otherwise do a NEFT Transfer from ur Bank A/c to their Bank A/c...and send them a mail giving details of NEFT. U will get credit in abt 2 hrs.

Also I will be glad to hear your experiences with RKG.

@ terry:

Thanks a ton for writing down so much of their account info.

Yeah! RKG is very cheap in terms of brokerage, but their service is 1st class. Customer service very prompt. I already have account with Zerodha but as i trades with maximum of 2 lots RK Global is more cost effective for me.

Also the Transaction charges are also lower. Do you know that exactly how much does RK Global charges in terms of Transaction charges?

I trade mainly in future of nifty & stocks, transaction cost comes around Rs 1450/cr

I trade mainly in future of nifty & stocks, transaction cost comes around Rs 1450/cr. i have been trading with them since 2009, since they have offices in delhi, kolkata & mumbai, initially it was bit confusing where to call when req, but once you are aware where to call ,it is very smooth.

Yeah! I am trading with them since last 2 weeks. Their service is excellent. And I am from kolkata, and I have opened my account from the kolkata office itself. It is their Kolkata headoffice.

I have also opened my account from Kolkata H/O and trading since last week. Their service is really good. Brok is really cheap for 1-2 lots trader like me.

I have another a/c with zerodha, till prev week I was thinking NOW is the best terminal in terms of refresh rate, order execution etc.

And also heard many bad feedback about rkglobal and their diet odin earlier.

But after opening an ac finally with rkg, I am really amazed by their service.

* cheap brok, even lesser brok than zerodha, as I trade 1-2lots max.

* excellent diet odin sw. earlier used to get many disconnection from NOW and then recon. or logout n login etc etc. But with same internet connection diet odin runs whole day from 9am to 11pm without any disconnections, if internet conn really gets disconnected then only quote stops. No need to recon every now n then to get order books. Option to disable the terminal auto lock function. No thousands of passwords.

* supports tick charts and tick backfills for data fetchers.

* can trade cash,fno,mcx,mcx-sx from same market watch, using same margin money.

* only it charges 599+serv tax = apprx 673 / month for diet odin for 3 segments( fno, mcx,mcx-sx, as I only trade BNifty, SilvrM, USD-INR). But that's okay when I am clearly paying atleast Rs. 50-100 less brok per day, and also using same diet odin data for tick interval charting.

it became a big post now... only with pros..
will share if came across any cons.,
but right now.. I am thinking to withdraw all from zerodha and shift completely to rkg.
lets see...
