I have also opened my account from Kolkata H/O and trading since last week. Their service is really good. Brok is really cheap for 1-2 lots trader like me.
I have another a/c with zerodha, till prev week I was thinking NOW is the best terminal in terms of refresh rate, order execution etc.
And also heard many bad feedback about rkglobal and their diet odin earlier.
But after opening an ac finally with rkg, I am really amazed by their service.
* cheap brok, even lesser brok than zerodha, as I trade 1-2lots max.
* excellent diet odin sw. earlier used to get many disconnection from NOW and then recon. or logout n login etc etc. But with same internet connection diet odin runs whole day from 9am to 11pm without any disconnections, if internet conn really gets disconnected then only quote stops. No need to recon every now n then to get order books. Option to disable the terminal auto lock function. No thousands of passwords.
* supports tick charts and tick backfills for data fetchers.
* can trade cash,fno,mcx,mcx-sx from same market watch, using same margin money.
* only it charges 599+serv tax = apprx 673 / month for diet odin for 3 segments( fno, mcx,mcx-sx, as I only trade BNifty, SilvrM, USD-INR). But that's okay when I am clearly paying atleast Rs. 50-100 less brok per day, and also using same diet odin data for tick interval charting.
it became a big post now... only with pros..
will share if came across any cons.,
but right now.. I am thinking to withdraw all from zerodha and shift completely to rkg.
