User is suspended error in DIET ODIN

I have a commodity trading account with IIFL.

I have opened it in November 2011. Actually I was forced to open it by IIFL RM.
I have done only few trades after that, and from past 6-7 months I haven't traded with them.

When I tried to login into the ODIN DIET, with my user id and password, error coming is "User is Suspended". Is there any rule by SEBI/Exchanges that after a certain time if I don't use my trading account it will be suspended?

Seniors please help me.

It happens when your account is in debit....Well no idea about time based suspension...but in angel broking it happens due to debit....

Almost same thing has happened with me in my Indiabulls Commodities A/c.
I did not trade in my commodities a/c for almost straight 7-8 months so my Balance in that a/c was transferred to my Bank A/c through Fund Settlement process by Indiabulls and the Commodities a/c was turned into an inactive status.
