Sharekhan...

Just lower pricing is not enough, as a scalp trader you need to ensure that you don't loose on any day because of the systems... I had a really bad experience because of RKSV , so i'd say Sharekhan.. I lost all the brokerage I would have saved at Sharekhan on one day at RKSV because of their issue...

I have some points maybe it is helpful to u

1) Sharekhan i used it 10 years back in cash market system good brokerage high

But they also have problems go below link, do CTL+Find (Sharekhan, Zerodha)

2) Zerodha very good broker so far No.1 in industry for there very user freiendly approach i really appriciate that

Where is IIFL in your list?

Creep has made a good observation and I could not agree more. Low brokerage is surely an incentive to use discount brokers such as RKSV or Zerodha. However, the platform has to be intutive to have a fast trade execution. All that you can save in brokerage can be lost in a few trades. Missed opportunity is not worth in lower brokerage charges if the platform feel is lacking. In that regard, I would prefer IIFL and Sharekhan over RKSV. (Have used all three)

I have done trading with Indiabulls , Sharekhan & now I am trading with RKSV.
Till now a couple of times with Indiabulls & Sharekhan I had to face panic situations regarding closing my trades due to their terminals going broke midway due to server problems and phone lines busy as they were not phone lines but some kind of Indian roads with severe traffic jams. I had once a very bad day with Sharekhan while I was in a trade in Silver and that unfortunate day Silver was crashing like anything and Sharekhan system went silent and froze like the glaciers of Siachen.

With RKSV till now I am quite satisfied with their support regarding their services but as far as Trading terminal NOW is concerned I am not all that much impressed. I am not very assured with NOW that it cannot bring difficult time for me . But trading with RKSV for last one month has been a nice experience as far as their scheme offers for scalpers. I mostly trade in Options . I hope for things to come good in future keeping my fingers crossed as they are promising to better.

So with my experiences I can surely say that glitches hurt and it is not an easy thing to infer that a perfect source has been found because glitches can happen with anybody.
