Can anyone tell me what is the meaning of the green bulb beside df in the above pic?

DLF has a Green Bulb..That means you can go now.(buy some..Go Green)

BhartiAirtel has a Yellow Bulb..That means just watch the signal.(market was sideways today)

TataPowers has a White Bulb..That means,I thing their bulb got fused,It should be Red..(market was more Red today)
