RK global provide Odin desktop version (.exe) as well as web version for trading .
if some body want to trade only f&o with their web based version he has to pay 99 rs for it ...and if the trader also like to trade in Cash segment he has to pay additional 99 ..so he will pay 99+99 = 198 to trade Cash and F&O with their web based version ...if he opt .exe version then he has to pay 299+299 = 598 rs.

Thanks . That helped a lot.

I'm looking for a quality broker with decent brokerage charge. I find zerodha and rk global has low charges compared to other brokers. but they have their different business model. I'm confused which one would be best bet for a trader with the following criteria

1. Not everyday trader .
2. Less than 10 scrips per week
3. trade 2/3 days in week
4. Max 2 trade in a day
5. Equity trading

Which broker would be cheap and best bet

Zerodha or RK Global ?

you trade 10 scrips per week so monthly 40 trades ....

you can Go with RK global 999/- unlimited trading plan only for nse cash ...with their basic web version model 99/- for nse cash... ..so 1100 rs per month ...

in Zerodha simple 40 rs. per trade or .01% of turnover which is low ....it cost you 40*40=1600 rs /- per month ....

Ah ... I got your calculation.

Boundary Number of trades here is = (999+99)/40 = 28 approx

if number of trades/month > 28 then RK Global will save some bucks

if number of trades/month < 28 then Zerodha will save some bucks

Does RK global still have price freeze issues ? I have seen people complaining about it in this forum.
Also, If I dont trade for 3 months in RK global , do I still have to pay the bill Rs 999 x 3 = 2997 Rs ? In Zerodha there is no commitment ...pay as you go.
