Suffering with IIFL , Pls HELP ME...

#1
Actually I took a rs. 5000 prepaid brokerage plan in IIFL, they told me that Intraday brokerage will be 0.03 % per leg on both sides,

Since a week am doing intraday on SUZLON share...

today I noticed that they are charging 0.11 % per leg on each side..
When I called them, they told me that they will charge 0.05% for shares below Rs. 100..

But they are charging 0.11% per leg on each side,
I started arguing with them, then they told me to call after 3.30...

What the hell is this..??
Any one using IIFL..??

pls give me some suggestions , how to proceed... :(

Pls HELP ME dudes.... :(

Why are you wasting your time with them. Open account with Zerodha.

I have had hell of a time with IIFL during early days of my trading. Then I made wisest decision of my trading career>>>> Switching to Zerodha.:thumb:

Dear trader
IIFL sucks, I have struggled to shift my account from one city to another
but he did not, they have given franchisees and dont monitor their service,
IIFL is concerned about income and not service, take up the matter with SEBI
I hope they can help you, IIFL is a worst broker. Is Zerodha paying for promoting them on traderji.

Is Zerodha paying for promoting them on traderji.
I don't think Zerodha needs to do anything like that to promote them here. Their happy customers like me are likely to spread the word to helpout fellow-hobbyists who are losing heavy brokerage in trades.

I used to pay Rs.100/- per lot for Options Trade with IIFL. My daily volume is over 100 lots per day. Instead of paying Rs.10,000/- brokerage per day why wouldn't I be happy paying just Rs.100/- brokerage for daily volumes?

3dspider, I personally know of a dissatisfied customer of India Infoline who was charged excessively. Their argument for everything was "It is in the contract (the account opening application)". Once my friend took the trouble to go through the contract and didn't find any mention of the charges (as levied by them) in the contract. After that they shut up.

Then my friend discontinued trading with them and opened an account with another broker. Now he trades with another broker but watches the charts in TTadvance of Indiainfoline :). and IIFL aren't even charging him anything since last 2 years.

Among cheap brokers, both Zerodha and RKSV have a terrific plan, but I am guessing that where equities are concerned you won't have much difference in the charges. If you are trading F&O, RKG has some unlimited 999 plan, Zerodha has Max 20rs. brokerage plan and RKSV has 2150 per month unlimited plan. Zerodha may be coming out with a more attractive scheme any day now (or so they have promised). Zerodha and RKSV both use the same software (Nse NOW) while RKG uses Odin. All of them have a lot of satisfied customers. RKG is the oldest of the three.

I don't have much info about BMA wealth creators but that's another very cheap broker.
